Viva Concerts and Events presents Ugat, The concert starring The Legends of Pinoy Folk Rock.
Joey "Pepe" Smith solo artist and member of the Juan de la Cruz Band, Himig Natin, Balong Malalim, Teacher's Enemy Number 1; Mike Hanopol solo artist and also of the Juan de la Cruz Band Laki Sa Layaw (Jeproks), Buhay Musikero, No Touch; Sampaguita, queen of Pinoy rock of Bonggahan, Tao and Laguna fame;
Lolita Carbon of Asin and Nene with the hits Masdan Mo Ang Kapaligiran, Pagbabalik, Bayan Kong Sinilangan, Itanong Mo Sa Mga Bata; Heber Bartolome & Banyuhay with Tayo'y Mga Pinoy, Nena and Almusal; Gary Granada of Kahit Konti, Salamat Musika, Bahay and Mabuti Pa Sila; and Florante with the hits Handog, Ako'y Pinoy, Abakada, Sana, Pinay and many others, will be performing together for the first time in Ugat, The Legends of Pinoy Folk Rock on December 4, 2010 at the Araneta Coliseum.
